For over 20 years, MWC has been dedicated to ensuring that Qurbani is performed with care, compassion, and strict adherence to Islamic traditions. We provide a seamless process for Muslims, especially those residing outside Pakistan, to fulfill this holy obligation while helping impoverished families in Pakistan.
Supporting Muslims Worldwide in Fulfilling Qurbani
Muslims living outside Pakistan often face challenges in performing Qurbani due to restrictions in their countries. Understanding this, MWC facilitates overseas Muslims by managing the sacrifice of animals in Pakistan on their behalf. In 2023-2024, MWC purchased 150 cows and 180 goats, worth Rs. 45.19 million, through generous donations from overseas donors.
These animals were distributed across major cities such as Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Layyah, Umerkot, Mirpur Khas, and Islam Koth, while the fresh meat was distributed in Karachi and other remote areas. This ensures that the blessings of Qurbani reach the poor and needy, which is the true essence of this sacred act.
Meticulous Planning and Shariah Compliance
MWC Pakistan takes pride in organizing Qurbani with precision. We handpick the healthiest animals from local farms, ensuring they are vaccinated, well-fed, and treated with kindness. Our team adheres strictly to Shariah-compliant practices from the selection of animals to the sacrifice, guaranteeing the sanctity and spiritual integrity of the entire process.
To preserve quality, the meat is delivered to underprivileged communities through refrigerated vans, ensuring freshness when it reaches those who need it most. This initiative uplifts countless families across Pakistan, bringing hope and joy during this blessed occasion.
